As a Customer Service Planning Coordinator, you ensure information is accurate, processes keep moving and everyone knows what to expect. You work closely with the operations office and support the transport planner in the daily dynamics of our logistics operation. You keep oversight, switch quickly and make sure colleagues and customers can always move forward.
